For a long time, I thought I was doing everything right.
I tracked everything — workouts, calories, sleep, water intake, even alcohol consumption and reading habits. Like many people, I relied on Apple Health to store all my data.
The problem wasn’t collecting the data. It was understanding it.
The Problem With Tracking Everything
I had months of detailed data sitting there… but no real answers.
I kept asking myself:
- Why do I feel more tired on some weeks?
- Is my diet actually helping my workouts?
- What habits are quietly hurting my progress?
Apple Health is great at storing data — but it doesn’t really help you learn from it. And that’s where the frustration started.
Building Something for Myself
So I decided to build something.
At first, it was just for me — a way to analyze all my metrics together instead of in isolation. I wanted to see how everything connected: sleep, exercise, nutrition, recovery.
Then I took it a step further and added AI.The goal was simple: connect the dots automatically and surface patterns I wouldn’t notice on my own.
Turning Data Into Insights
That’s when things started to click. Instead of just numbers, I began seeing insights like:
- “Your sleep quality drops on days you drink alcohol”
- “Your workouts are more consistent on weeks you sleep earlier”
It turned raw data into something actually useful — something I could act on.

Why I Decided to Share It
I never planned to release this publicly. But after using it for a while, I realized that it isn’t just my problem. A lot of us track everything… but we don’t actually learn from it. So I decided to put it out there.
It’s still early, and I’m actively improving it, but I’d genuinely love feedback — especially from people who are into self-improvement, fitness, and habit tracking.
