Blogilo Proxy Settings

To make Blogilo work behind a proxy, I edited this file ~/.kde/share/config/kioslaverc in my Ubuntu laptop (there is no proxy settings in the Blogilo UI).

ProxyType=1 httpProxy=http://proxy-server:8080
