Windows 7 Logon Background Changer

I don’t have a photo frame on my working table, instead I set my favorite photo as my Windows 7 logon background by using the tool named ‘Windows 7 Logon Background Changer’. Alternatively, you can edit the registry to do the same thing. But using this tool allows you to preview it before you make the decision.
