The TSM service logging is disabled by default. If for some reason, the TSM service can not be started. You can turn the service logging on for troubleshooting.
Set HKLM\SOFTWARE\IBM\ADSM\CurrentVersion\Server\Server1\Service\LogOutputToFile to 1 (enable) or 2 (disable)
