Find Hyper-V VM’s Host

If you don’t know which physical server is hosting a particular virtual machine. A simple way to find it out is to remote login into the VM guest and check the following registry key.

[HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Virtual Machine\Guest\Parameters]
“HostName”=
“PhysicalHostName”=
“PhysicalHostNameFullyQualified”=
“VirtualMachineName”=
